Hey it’s almost that time of year again! It’s pile on the miles time! I have committed to piling on a few miles for November, and you should too!
I have committed to running 3 times a week. Right now I’m running 2 days a week, and I feel like adding an extra day would be a perfect goal to reach for with out getting too excited and re-injuring myself.
