2 work outs in 1 week, woot!

I met Miss Jessica for a good work out this morning. We started with some cardio.

Nothing really beats running, even if I only do it for 15 minutes of the 30.

We moved on to some weight lifting next, some of these…

We also did a twisty thing that worked the abs.

And we finished up with some floor crunches and foam rolling.
