I started off my Sunday with some french toast 2 ways. I made it with a french baguette. Super yummy!
Mid morning snack, an orange or 2.
Lunch is chicken with sweet potato, and peas.
Mid afternoon snack, hummus with cucumber and carrots.
Dinner is leftover corned beef and cabbage with potatoes and carrots.
Post dinner snack, Larabara peanut butter cookie
I think I have a pretty good balance of good carbs to fuel me for my 13.1 miles tomorrow. I’m very excited!
