Today was my last run before the lucky run.
Vinny was super excited, and it only rained a little bit. However the forecast says that there is another storm a brewing. So it’s almost certain it will be raining all day Saturday. Can’t think too much about it. Here’s the deets of today’s run.
Post run I was going to do shoulders, arms, and triceps from p90x. However I was worried I couldn’t give my all since I didn’t want to be sore on Saturday. Last week that work out made my arms sore until Monday. No thank you. I opted to pause my p90x, and redo this week next week.
So I decided to do a video off my Comcast list. The longest one was the 40 min advanced mat by John Vitarelli. I hate his monotone voice, he also seems to have no personality. Kind of annoying.
The practice overall was more on the advanced side, and I felt like it was perfect for what I needed today. There were a ton of forward bends, and leg stretches. I felt pretty flexible and stretched out by the end of everything.
